Once you sign up for services a Scoopski employee will reach out to schedule your initial clean-up and walk you through the process.
All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a credit/debit card. Once auto pay is setup Scoopski will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. These records can also be seen in the customer portal. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.Â
